The conference will take place at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University . The administrative building of the Tbilisi State University is located in the downtown of Tbilisi, in a walking distance from A.Razmadze Mathematical Institute and from the main street Rustaveli Avenue and 10 minutes (by bus) from the old part of the city.
