Notes on meromorphic functions with positive coefficients defined by Rafid-operator

In this paper, we investigate and study a new subclass of meromorphic univalent functions defined by Rafid operator. We obtain coefficient inequalities, growth and distortion theorems, extreme points and closure theorems.
